or entertainment based on supernatural actions to alter the fate of the audience.<br>The only miracle that He frequently announced, with prophetic accuracy and well in advance, was this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-blockquote uagb-block-b36f7da8 uagb-blockquote__skin-border uagb-blockquote__stack-img-none bible-quote\"><blockquote class=\"uagb-blockquote\"><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__content\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside and said to them on the way:<br>Behold, we are going to Jerusalem,<br>And the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn him to death.<br>And they will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked, flogged, and crucified.,<br>And on the third day he will rise again.<\/span><\/div><footer><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__author-wrap uagb-blockquote__author-at-left\"><cite class=\"uagb-blockquote__author\"><strong>(Matthew 20:17-19)<\/strong><\/cite><\/div><\/footer><\/blockquote><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">It is telling that, contrary to what the politically correct preach,\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/piorevangelho.online\/en\/portfolio\/biblia-vermelha01\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Red Christians<\/a>\u201c&quot;The Messiah did not maintain a routine of complicit intimacy with prostitutes or any other radical sinners.&quot;.<br>Although all have sinned, <a href=\"https:\/\/piorevangelho.online\/en\/christian-tattoo-artist-purpose-vocation-dilemma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">turning iniquity into a profession<\/a> Identity-based lifestyles are still the exception\u2014however much the media and social engineering try to impose such practices as the norm. In the biblical scenario, you could witness an attempted lynching and only much later discover that the victim was a prostitute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Nowadays, this physical violence is unlikely, as prostitution has been glorified, elevating its most prominent practitioners to the status of &quot;celebrities,&quot; encouraging young people to pursue sin as if it were a legitimate career.<br>The media glorifies depravity to the point that, when reading a simple news portal, we come across the exposure of their obscene routines (or even episodes of blatant nudity!), making them known even to those who despise the profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The fact is that Christ, being God, didn&#039;t need introductions to know the details of a life, from beginning to end, and even less did he need to participate in depravity to show mercy.<br>In the recorded miracles, He was never caught off guard, but always positioned Himself strategically and, almost always, discreetly.<br>His intention was to convey the <strong>true message of the gospel<\/strong>, which was never about passively accepting reprehensible practices, but rather an imperative to break free from the shackles of evil: <strong>SIN NO MORE!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thomas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas, unlike the aforementioned prostitute, was part of the inner circle that interacted daily with the Messiah.<br>He not only witnessed undeniable miracles, but, in addition to what is recorded in the passage above, he repeatedly heard\u2014 <i><b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Mark 10:32-34<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Luke 18:31-34<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Mark 8:31-33<\/span><\/span><\/b> (equivalent to <b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Matthew 16:21-28<\/span><\/span><\/b>), <b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Mark 9:30-32<\/span><\/span><\/b> (equivalent to <b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Matthew 17:22-23<\/span><\/span><\/b>and <b><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Matthew 26:1-2<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/i> \u2014 the Master himself prophesying His death and resurrection. Yet Thomas acted like the typical humanist: he forgot the Word and embraced skepticism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Following the trauma of the crucifixion, the Scriptures record this fantastic episode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-blockquote uagb-block-1abcdbf8 uagb-blockquote__skin-border uagb-blockquote__stack-img-none bible-quote\"><blockquote class=\"uagb-blockquote\"><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__content\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">Now Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.<br>The other disciples therefore said to him, \u201cWe have seen the Lord.\u201d.<br>But he said to them, \u201cUnless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.\u201d.<br>Eight days later, his disciples were inside again, and Thomas was with them.<br>Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said:<br>Peace be with you.<br>Then he said to Thomas:<br>Put your finger here, and see my hands; and reach out your hand and put it into my side; do not be unbelieving, but believing.<br>And Thomas answered and said to him:<br>My Lord and my God!<br>Jesus said to him:<br>Because you have seen me, Thomas, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.<\/span><\/div><footer><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__author-wrap uagb-blockquote__author-at-left\"><cite class=\"uagb-blockquote__author\"><strong>(John 20:24-29)<\/strong><\/cite><\/div><\/footer><\/blockquote><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glory Beyond Skepticism<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Allow me a brief analytical update to this passage:<br>Thomas, like many &quot;clients&quot; of today&#039;s ecclesiastical enterprises, was in the right place and heard the faithful testimony of the fulfillment of prophecy, but he doubted everything!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas, the &quot;clever one,&quot; solemnly ignored what Jesus had warned beforehand. If every statement of Christ is an absolute truth\u2014an axiom without room for relativism\u2014the structure \u201c<strong><em>if p, then q (p \u2192 q)<\/em><\/strong>\u201d&quot;It becomes undeniable.&quot;.<br>If those who have not seen and yet have believed were blessed in the apostolic age, those who today possess a faith that transcends visual appearances continue to be blessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">But what about the opposite? What about those who need a sign to believe? Those who wander in search of miracles to sustain their meager spirituality? Those who only call themselves Christians while under the influence of supernatural &quot;movements&quot;?<br>The answer lies in the axiom that concluded the <a href=\"https:\/\/piorevangelho.online\/en\/axioms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">previous post<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-blockquote uagb-block-9b935897 uagb-blockquote__skin-border uagb-blockquote__stack-img-none bible-quote\"><blockquote class=\"uagb-blockquote\"><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__content\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:#9b51e0\">So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.<\/span><\/div><footer><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__author-wrap uagb-blockquote__author-at-left\"><cite class=\"uagb-blockquote__author\"><strong>(Romans 10:17)<\/strong><\/cite><\/div><\/footer><\/blockquote><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-blockquote uagb-block-1e962b7b uagb-blockquote__skin-quotation uagb-blockquote__align-left uagb-blockquote__style-style_2 uagb-blockquote__with-tweet uagb-blockquote__tweet-style-classic uagb-blockquote__tweet-text uagb-blockquote__stack-img-none spectra-teo-quote\"><blockquote class=\"uagb-blockquote\"><span class=\"uagb-blockquote__icon\"><svg width=\"20\" height=\"20\" viewbox=\"0 0 32 32\"><path d=\"M7.031 14c3.866 0 7 3.134 7 7s-3.134 7-7 7-7-3.134-7-7l-0.031-1c0-7.732 6.268-14 14-14v4c-2.671 0-5.182 1.040-7.071 2.929-0.364 0.364-0.695 0.751-0.995 1.157 0.357-0.056 0.724-0.086 1.097-0.086zM25.031 14c3.866 0 7 3.134 7 7s-3.134 7-7 7-7-3.134-7-7l-0.031-1c0-7.732 6.268-14 14-14v4c-2.671 0-5.182 1.040-7.071 2.929-0.364 0.364-0.695 0.751-0.995 1.157 0.358-0.056 0.724-0.086 1.097-0.086z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/span><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__content\">It&#039;s exciting and incredible how the Bible, which is the Truth, doesn&#039;t contradict itself: genuine faith only comes through knowledge of God&#039;s Word!!<br>Everything else is nonsense and, worse than that, those whose &quot;faith&quot; arose because of mystical shows where presenters supposedly force the Lord God to act miraculously in the way they command and when they wish... are simply NOT BLESSED!<\/div><footer><div class=\"uagb-blockquote__author-wrap uagb-blockquote__author-at-left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/piorevangelho.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/t_logo-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"40\" height=\"40\"\/><cite class=\"uagb-blockquote__author\">Te\u00f3philo Noturno<\/cite><\/div><a href=\"\/en\/\" class=\"uagb-blockquote__tweet-button\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">X<\/a><\/footer><\/blockquote><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">If you understand the gravity of the antonym of &quot;blessed,&quot; you will understand the weight of this conclusion: it is done. <strong>DAMNED<\/strong> Anyone who wants to can pass through the wide gate of biblical ignorance to a &quot;Christian life&quot; in which they pay mercenaries for &quot;spiritual covering&quot; or to be told that their sins have no consequences.<br>It is painful, but it is prophetic: whoever bases their faith on spectacle, and not on the Word, is outside the greatest blessedness!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion: The Beginning of Faith<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">But Te\u00f3philo, does that mean God has stopped acting supernaturally?<br>I am not, with this text, defending cessationism or denying the existence of miracles.
