Dilemma: Can Prophecies Change?

Could Christians—if they gather, fast, pray, and march—change biblical prophecies?
In 2013, I observed a discussion where all the hypocrisy and thirst for earthly power of Marcos Feliciano They were on display, but someone eventually asked: “"Don't you think that if there weren't Christian members of parliament, many of the demands of gay activists would be approved?"”

Now, any GENUINE Christian, before responding, should carefully consider the prophetic perspectives presented in the Bible. For example, in the Old Testament, the prophet Daniel recorded:

And as for the ten horns, out of that same kingdom ten kings will arise; and after them another will arise, who will be different from the former ones, and he will subdue three kings.
He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws.;
And they will be delivered into your hand for a time, and times, and half a time. 

(Daniel 7:24-25)

The confirmation of this prophecy was given in the New Testament by the apostle John:

And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying,
Who is like the beast?
Who can fight against it?
And it was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies; and it was given authority to act for forty-two months.
And he opened his mouth to blaspheme against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over every kindred, and tongue, and nation.

(Revelation 13:4-7)

And, as a "tie-breaker," there are also words left by the Lord Jesus Christ himself:

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the coming of the Son of Man.
For as in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark,
And they did not realize it until the flood came and swept them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

(Matthew 24:36-39)

Can prophecies change?

The many LGBTQ+, pro-abortion, and "democratic" demands... aren't they simply the way in which "the horns" will modify "time and laws"?
Can men change prophecies through their actions? Or would such a process merely serve as a trigger for a war in which the saints are already prophetically DEFEATED?

On the other hand: if God, Almighty, ...was so fickle as to alter His prophetic word just to suit the agenda of these would-be "“political-spiritual warriors”"...wouldn't that make him the biggest liar about reality?"
And if God changes His Word... what value would the Bible and the gospel have?

In these times of popular demonstrations interspersed with vandalism and violence, my recommendation is biblical:

But concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you.;
For you yourselves know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night; For when they say:
There is peace and security, then sudden destruction will come upon them, like labor pains upon a pregnant woman, and they will by no means escape.

(1ˢᵗ Thessalonians 5:1-3)

Some believe, but others only believe that they believe!

My speech is repetitive, and I don't even offer anything new, because however much men desire to create unusual revolutions, in the Lord, who knows all, there is no change nor shadow of variation… and therein lies the dilemma:
If you wholeheartedly intend to moralize the country and the planet through laws that impose a "Christian standard" of behavior, then you believe you can alter the prophetic word recorded in the Scriptures…

If you believe that any creature—through solitary or collective actions—is capable of gathering power to alter the prophetic word of the Creator revealed through the Scriptures, then you simply do not believe in the sovereignty, inerrancy, or immutability that characterize the Lord God.
I regret to inform you that, despite your possible interest and effort, You are not yet a Christian.!

Only the true Holy Spirit It is capable of providing a perfect understanding of the Scriptures, a factor without which millions of people can be gathered together and still form only one. Legion of Energumens.
